Digital Library

Okay, so now you have the photos we’ve taken, some photos your teachers have taken, and maybe even a few provided by parents. How do you organize them so you can put on an end-of-the-year slideshow (with equal representation of each student) and access them when you need them for marketing?

The answer is, you don’t! Once again, you can let us do the hard work for you. Your digital library will include at least five carefully selected and edited photos of each student and up to 800 photos by the end of the year. We always make sure each student is equally represented in the collection so that if you use these for an end-of-year slideshow, every student will feel equally valued by your school.

So what do we charge for such service? Nothing. But, of course, there is a catch. We will be selling these photos to parents at the end of the school year to cover the costs of maintaining the database. Each teacher or parent who submits photos must sign a release allowing us to sell their photos, and the school must provide ample opportunity for us to sell these photos to parents.

To participate in the digital library program free of charge, we do require that all submitted photos come from a regular camera (not cell phone or tablet) set at its highest resolution. If your parent or teacher photographers want to submit cell phone, tablet, or low-res photos, we can accept those at an additional fee.
